Group Study Rooms

Group study rooms in the library are for student use only. They are for:

•  academic, course-related research, study and discussion; and

•  presentation and speech preparation and practice

To use a Group Study Room, you must be a currently enrolled Edmonds CC or CWU student and you must have two or more students in your group.

To reserve a room

REFRESH the computer screen:  right click on the mouse and select *refresh*

  1. Click on the day and time slots (maximum two hours per day) you want to reserve. Available time slots are in green.
  2. Click on the link to review the library group study room policies.
  3. Click on "Continue" and complete the form to reserve a room:  You must use your EdMail account to sign up for a room. 

After you submit the form, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.  Please share the email with the other students in your group so they will know the date, time and room number of your reservation.

REFRESH the computer screen:  right click on the mouse and select *refresh*

To cancel or change your reservation

•  If you need to cancel your original reservation, use the link provided on the email or contact the Circulation Desk

•  If you need to change your reservation, you must cancel your original reservation and submit a new reservation request
