Room Reservations

Library study rooms are for current Edmonds College students only.

Triton ID username and password are required to book a room. If you need help with your Triton ID account, please see a librarian or chat us.

Reserving a room:

  1. Use the arrows above the booking grid to select the day for your reservation. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.  
  2. Available time slots are in green. Select the square for the time you want to begin your reservation. Your reservation will default to one hour. For rooms with less than one hour of availability, your reservation will default to 30 minutes.
  3. For a shorter or longer reservation, use the dropdown below the booking grid to pick a different reservation end time. You can reserve a maximum of two hours per day and four hours per week.
  4. Click the “Submit Times” button.
  5. Log in with your Triton ID username and password.
  6. Review the terms & conditions, complete the booking details form, and click “Submit my Booking”. Your reservation is not complete until you get to the “Booking Confirmed” screen. You will get an email confirming your reservation.

If you are not in the room within 15 minutes of your reservation start time, your reservation may be canceled and the room made available to other students.

Canceling or changing a reservation:

To cancel your reservation, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact a librarian.
To change your reservation, cancel your original reservation and make a new reservation.

Specialty rooms:

  • The Presentation Practice Room is for practicing a presentation or speech.
  • The Recording Room and Content Creation Studio are for creating video recordings, podcasts, and other media.
